TOT daily traders went 300% long at SPX 2112 earlier today. Very preliminarily, if the SPX stays negative today, the likelihood is that the daily model will be bearish tomorrow. In such an environment, I would prefer a tighter stop on the position. The SPX is currently about 2110. Raise the protective sell stop on the position to SPX 2100. If not stopped out, and if the SPX is closing down on the day, sell the position on the close. If the SPX reverses and is closing up on the day, then I’ll update again later..
Thanks for the opportunity to be of service and I’ll email you again later today if the SPX is closing up on the day; otherwise in about 15 hours.
